Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the Sawmill Hierarchy Builder from Reliability Intelligence Solutions LLC.

Customers may configure their site hierarchy before purchasing a Sawmill Hierarchy Builder single-site license.

A customer who purchases and successfully activates a $1,495 single-site license remains eligible to request a refund as long as the licensed hierarchy workbook has not yet been successfully delivered through the Sawmill Hierarchy Builder.

The Sawmill Hierarchy Builder records the first successful delivery of the licensed hierarchy workbook. Once that first workbook delivery has occurred, the digital product is considered delivered and the purchase is generally final.

Exceptions

Exceptions may be considered for duplicate charges, clearly erroneous transactions, or a material technical problem attributable to Reliability Intelligence Solutions LLC.

If a technical problem attributable to Reliability Intelligence Solutions LLC prevents license activation or prevents delivery of the purchased hierarchy workbook, the Company will make reasonable efforts to correct the problem. If the Company is unable to provide the purchased product, the customer may request a refund.

Refund Requests

Refund requests should be sent to downtime.intelligence@gmail.com and should include the order number, Builder Account Email, Builder Site Code, and reason for the request.

Reliability Intelligence Solutions LLC may verify whether the licensed hierarchy workbook has previously been delivered before approving a refund.
